These Terms of Service govern your use of quietedition.com and purchases from Quiet Editions. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

1. ABOUT QUIET EDITIONS

Quiet Editions operates this online store from Brazil. Our store is hosted by Shopify, and our made-to-order products are produced and fulfilled by independent production and delivery partners, including Gelato.

2. ONLINE STORE USE

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with its operation, or infringe intellectual property or other rights.

3. PRODUCTS

We sell made-to-order framed art prints. We make reasonable efforts to display colors, proportions and materials accurately, but screens and production processes can produce minor variations. Product dimensions, frame options, materials and other specifications are described on each product page.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before production when there is a payment issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable product or delivery restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

5. PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless the website states otherwise. Shipping, taxes, customs duties and import charges may be added at checkout or charged by local authorities. Customers are responsible for import charges not collected at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied. We do not directly store full payment card details.

7. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are made on demand and may be produced by a facility near the delivery destination. Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking information is provided when available. Delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control may occur. Please review our Shipping Policy for current estimates and procedures.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Orders may enter production automatically soon after payment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel; cancellation can only be guaranteed before production begins. Returns, damaged orders and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The artwork, photographs, product images, branding, text and website content are owned by or licensed to Quiet Editions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Shopify, Stripe, Gelato, shipping carriers and other providers may process information or provide services needed to operate the store. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Quiet Editions remains responsible to customers to the extent required by applicable law.

11. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process information as described in Shopify's privacy policy.

12. DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Editions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

15. CHANGES

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Material changes apply from the date stated in the updated Terms and do not remove rights already acquired under an accepted order.
