Returns & Refund Policy

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition and, when reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

To request a return, contact hello@quietedition.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For eligible returns requested within the return window, Quiet Editions will provide free standard return shipping instructions. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. This reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellations

Our products are made on demand and orders are sent to production automatically. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We can only guarantee cancellation before production begins. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or frame.

Exceptions

Gift cards and products that are clearly personalized or customized for you cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law. Standard Quiet Editions prints and frame options are eligible under the return window above.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.
